“Traveling home with my sister's from the North Shore and car started making a clicking noise. Took it into them, they said they honestly didn't know for sure what was wrong with it. They took 45 minutes out if their busy morning to try to figure it out. Tried to pay them for their time and they would not accept payment. Thought I would be able to make it home to Nebraska and I did. Utmost respect for their kindness and knowledge. Have already recommended them to my niece and sister that live in the area. “Seems like good guys and good service at a good price. They quoted $85 for mounting and balancing 4 tires. Actually $114 after other charges which is fine. Just wish they told you about the other stuff up front. Also took an hour and a half and they thought it would be an hour.”

“This shop did good work and communicated well to keep me in the loop. I called a few shops in town to get an estimate on the repair I needed and they were the lowest. I wanted to use a re-manufactured part to keep costs down. None of their suppliers had one available but they had no problem with me finding my own. Based on what they quoted me for the repair and what I found shopping for the part online, they don't mark up the price they charge for parts at all.

I hope I don't need any other major repairs but if I do, I'm bring my vehicles here from now on.”

“Friendly, honest, well priced, fast...
Went to them with an unknown electrical problem on my truck. having had another mechanic (at a different place) spend a few min looking at it before, i expected at least an hour of diagnostics before I'd even know what it might cost. Instead I was informed by andy that I only had a couple blown fuses, and they billed me for a half hour and a couple bucks for the fuses. Thanks for the honesty, and a job done well, and much less expensive than expected. Oh, and their hourly shop rates are competitive too.”
